Returns & Refunds

At Happy Scents, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected.  Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 5 days of delivery.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

We make every effort to ensure the correct candles arrive quickly and undamaged; however, stuff happens!

If your items were damaged in transit or are not the items you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, at info@happyscentsco.com and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue. In your email, please include the following information:

  1. Your order # and which items were damaged/incorrect.
  2. Photo of the packaging and damaged or incorrect items.
  3. Whether you would like a replacement, refund or store credit (full purchase price less shipping costs).

We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@happyscentsco.com, within 5 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
